In the Courts

A core role of Durham Tees Valley Probation Trust is to provide high quality timely advice to sentencers.

We assist in the sentencing process by producing Pre Sentence Reports about offenders before the Court within the Trust area. There are three types of report that can be requested dependent upon the complexity of the individual offender, the risks they present and seriousness of the offence committed.
