Senior Residential Worker: 

The Senior Residential Worker is responsible for drawing up supervision plans and carrying out focused supervision in order to address the criminogenic needs of residents. The Senior Residential Worker also supervises premises and the effective use of other Approved Premises staff to achieve these aims. The Senior Residential Worker provides 24 hour waking cover Monday to Friday. 

Residential Support Worker:

The Residential Support Worker will undertake tasks of a domestic and supportive nature to complement the work of the Senior Residential Workers.  The worker provides cover on a 7 day, 24 hour shift rota basis.

Night Care Worker:

The Night Care Worker assists in the supervision of residents and completes tasks and duties which complement the work of the Senior / Residential Support Workers. The Night Care Worker works on a waking night shift rota basis.
