Have you been sentenced to a Community Order or a Suspended Sentence Order?
What is a Community Order?
A Community Order is a sentence passed by the Court, which you will serve in the community. It can last between 6 and 36 months.
If you have been sentenced to a Community Order the Court will have added at least one 'Requirement' to it.
What is a Suspended Sentence Order?
A Suspended Sentence Order is a prison sentence, but the Court has given you the chance to avoid going to prison if you stay out of trouble and complete your Order as advised by your Offender Manager.
If you have been sentenced to a Suspended Sentence Order then the Court will have added at least one ‘Requirement‘ to it.
