Durham Tees Valley Probation Trust may work with you before and after you have been sentenced.

Often, the Court asks that we prepare a Pre-Sentence Report to give them more information about you and your behaviour to help them to decide the most appropriate sentence. After sentence, we will then continue to work with you if you are:

Serving a Community Order
Serving a Suspended Sentence Order
Serving a Custodial Sentence of twelve months of more
On licence following release from prison
